Octeo is a trading name. Octeo is not yet a registered legal entity, so at this stage the data controller for this website is Artem Kulakovskyi, acting as a natural person, of 79 Bd des Maréchaux, 91120 Palaiseau, France. You can reach the controller at contact@octeo.agency.
2. What we collect and why
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your business website URL
We use this information only to respond to your audit request and to communicate with you about it. We do not collect any other personal data: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track your browsing behavior.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by checking the consent box on the contact form before submitting it.
4. Who else sees your data
Submitted data is processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States). Formspree states it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a data processor for international transfers - see Formspree's security page and privacy policy for details.
5. How long we keep your data
Our current intended retention period is 24 months from your last contact with us, after which your data is deleted.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
